Learn how to live a happier, more fulfilling life through the wisdom of Buddhist stories.
In this class, you will learn about the many stories that have been passed down through the centuries by the Buddhist tradition. These stories are full of wisdom and insights that can help you to overcome challenges, find peace, and live a more meaningful life.
Through discussion, reflection, and guided meditation, we will explore topics like the importance of compassion, the power of forgiveness, the art of living in the present moment, and the path to enlightenment.
