Buddhist Stories to Inspire Our Personal Practice

June & July Meditation Series in Fort Worth, Texas

Mondays from 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
In-Person Only

Feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!

Learn how to live a happier, more fulfilling life through the wisdom of Buddhist stories.

In this class, you will learn about the many stories that have been passed down through the centuries by the Buddhist tradition. These stories are full of wisdom and insights that can help you to overcome challenges, find peace, and live a more meaningful life.

Through discussion, reflection, and guided meditation, we will explore topics like the importance of compassion, the power of forgiveness, the art of living in the present moment, and the path to enlightenment. Whether new to Buddhism or a longtime practitioner, this class will offer you new insights and inspiration.

What to expect:

  • Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
  • Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
  • Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
  • Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
