How do we improve our own life? How do we improve the lives of others? How do we make the world a better place? In this series of classes we will explore answers to these questions so that we can learn to love greatly and live compassionately.
Life can be so busy and our mind just gets busier and busier. With the influence of technology it’s so easy to become distracted in every situation. (Maybe you already got distracted!?!) As a result we can easily feel scattered and exhausted at the end of the day. How can we change this and reclaim a balanced and peaceful mind?
We all want to be free from discomfort and pain- both physical and mental. Buddhism presents different ways to improve our well-being and promote a healthy body and positive state of mind. This series of classes will explain how we can reduce suffering, grow spiritually, and be of greater benefit to those around us.
By gaining experience of meditation and applying of Buddhist principles for opening our heart and transforming adversity in daily life, we can solve many of our problems and experience the joy and happiness we desire.
