When we look at our life and the world we live in, what do we see? How do we make sense of it all? What kinds of feelings arise for us? We should know that we can have a positive perspective, filled with wisdom and joy. In the Kadampa teachings, we often highlight that if we change our mind, we can change our world. Learn the practical steps that will allow you to do just that!
What to expect:
- Classes are approximately one hour long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
