Comfort and Joy: A Silent Day Retreat
We are having a very special holiday themed retreat at the Center. As many people think about their loved ones and develop good wishes towards them, we will have a special day retreat with guided meditations that help to fulfill these wishes. We will have three meditations that help us to relate to others in a positive way, provide them with comfort, and give them joy. These meditations have an imaginative component to them, but a very real outcome that helps us to enjoy greater inner strength and an ability to better support those we love.
This is a special Silent Saturday event. You can join us for just the morning or the full event. Lunch will be available so that you can keep silence and maintain your peace.
