The Bliss of Concentration

Engaging with the Peaceful Nature of Your Mind

Join us for one of our highly popular nature center day retreats! Get out of the city, leave behind the busy-ness of your regular routine, and enjoy a uniquely meaningful shift in perspective.

When we go inward in meditation we find an inner peace of mind that is free of all worry and filled with a sense of positivity and happiness. The depth of experience of mental peace depends on how deep our concentration is. Therefore, learning to meditate with strong, deep concentration - strong like a mountain and deep like an ocean - will give us a continuous source of happiness that we can always draw upon.

Make a beautiful day of it!

The retreat includes an extended midday break, giving you time to walk the nature center’s beautiful trails and enjoy a picnic lunch you bring with you before returning for the afternoon meditation session.
