What do you do to deal with stress? Do you have methods to reduce your stress? Probably, like so many of us, they involve getting everything organized and perfectly arranged so that there is nothing left to stress about. But, really, how does that work out for us? We still get stressed.
Within the methods of Buddhist meditation we find techniques that reduce our stress and calm our mind. Yes, we need to tend to the details of life, but that in and of itself won't eliminate our stress. We have to banish stress from our mind. Only then will we be calm and comfortable in our daily life. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
