The Path of Compassion & Wisdom

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to feel fully invested in your life, living passionately? Often we think this will entail a change of job and circumstance, but what if all it required was a shift in mindset? Within the practice of Buddhism, the best role model for the most meaningful and engaged way of life is a Bodhisattva.

A Bodhisattva is someone who, out of love and compassion, seeks to attain enlightenment. They come to discover their compassionate purpose in life and know that it is only by living with this purpose that they can truly bring benefit and protection to all: their family, friends, and, finally, all beings.

The key to actualizing this great compassion is to practice and improve our own generosity, moral discipline, patience, joyful effort, concentration, and wisdom. These practices are called The Six Perfections. They are the path of the Bodhisattva, and lead us into living a loving, inspiring, and meaningful way of life. Each class will offer a teaching and meditation on one of The Six Perfections.

Join us for this special series on how to transform your life into an inspiring spiritual journey where you can truly benefit others and make a difference in the world.
