Meditation is at the heart of what we do here at Kadampa Mediation Center Texas. Please join us for this series of classes focusing on extracting the full meaning of our Lamrim meditations.
With each of our meditations on Lamrim, we can examine our mind, like looking into a mirror. Why do I want what I want? What are my reasons for improving myself at this time? The answers to these questions will change as we continue our progress in meditation practice. Reflecting in this way, our spiritual perspective will broaden, and we will develop a more and more stable experience of happiness.
Everyone is welcome.
What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for daily life.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
