We engage in spiritual practice to transform our attitudes and experiences so that our negative mental habits reduce and our positive ones increase. As a result of practice, we establish inner pathways of growth and development. Where these pathways lead depends on our intentions.
In this series we will learn to develop these inner paths. Their destinations - tranquility and peace, free from problems and pain. Join us to learn special attitudes and views give rise to an intention for true freedom. Because our current intention to be free from suffering is only producing temporary results.
What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for daily life.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
