Explore what it means to love without bias in a world shaped by craving, comparison, and constant motion. Through teachings and meditations, we’ll uncover how attachment gives rise to grasping and how to reduce the neediness or possessiveness we can feel. This course offers a practical path for going from longing and uncontrolled desire into spacious, unconditional love that includes ourselves and others alike. Each session blends Buddhist teachings with real-life applications for work, relationships, and everyday life in the city. Rather than withdrawing from love, we’ll learn to meet it with clarity, presence, and wisdom. Join us to discover a love that liberates instead of binds—a love that grows from the stillness of an open heart.

What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.

Parking
Validated parking is available for this class. We validate parking only in the Park Place Parking lot directly across from us on the corner of Lamar, Laws, Corbin and Munger directly across from the Temple. Do not pay in the lot. Just tell us your license plate number when you check in and we do the rest!
