Sometimes it seems that no matter how much energy we put into navigating life's complexities a stable experience of contentment eludes us. Painful states of mind, such as anxiety, dissatisfaction, and anger continue to sabotage all our hard work.
We can use the philosophy of Buddhism to help us understand why this happens and learn reliable methods to shift our efforts into creating a stable happiness, regardless of our external conditions.
What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
