Freedom from Digital Distractions
Meditation Series in Plano

In-Person Only
Feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!
Digital distraction is a real thing for most of us. There seems to be a certain pleasantness that draws us into the digital world, like the light that draws in a moth. But over time we find neither contentment nor lasting happiness within our digital activities. Nevertheless, we are gently tugged toward this familiar space — a place to go when some free time appears — and these moments add up.
In this series of meditation classes, we will dive into ways to enjoy time beyond the digital landscape. We will look at how we can change our habits, and how to maintain the strength of mind to be present with others. As winter approaches and we start to have more time indoors with loved ones, these techniques will be invaluable for everyone's happiness and well-being.
Everyone is welcome!
