The Buddhist Practices that Turn Suffering Into Strength

What if hardships didn't have to be hard? That might sound impossible, but our mind determines what is hard and what can be comfortably handled. We typically look at the difficulty of a situation as a reflection of the situation itself, when in reality, "difficult" or "doable" is decided within the mind.

During this half-day workshop we will learn about this power of the mind and how to tap into it. Through developing our own wisdom, correct views, and flexibility, we can learn how not to feel so overwhelmed when life presents challenges. Through practice, we can learn confidence in rising to the challenge, and growing as a result. This is a radical way to approach life's surprises, one that promotes happiness and well-being.

Everyone is welcome!
