The of goal of meditation is to meditate in our heart — the center of our being. We need to learn to draw our attention inward, away from the noise and distractions of the world. The only way to do this is through practice.

In this series of weekly classes we will look at how to get into our heart and truly experience peace of mind. The practical tips we learn will help us develop a regular meditation practice.

Everyone welcome.

What to expect:

  • Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
  • Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for daily life.
  • Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
  • Although part of a series, each class self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
