Sometimes when we look around, we feel like everything is a mess. The world, our life, our workplace, our home—messiness can appear in all sorts of ways. It can be overwhelming and leave us susceptible to mental agitation.
But anything can become fuel for growth if we know how to use it! No matter how big a mess we are dealing with, we can keep a calm, happy mind. We can approach the situation with resolve and strength. Join us on Sundays to learn how to cultivate the good qualities that are needed to transform the messier aspects of life into spiritual growth.

What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.

Parking
Validated parking is available for this class. We validate parking only in the Park Place Parking lot directly across from us on the corner of Lamar, Laws, Corbin and Munger directly across from the Temple. Do not pay in the lot. Just tell us your license plate number when you check in and we do the rest!
Live Streaming for this class is available for KMC Texas Monthly Members that are unable to attend in person.
