Meditation is increasingly common in our society, and there are many different styles of meditation. No matter what type we practice, sometimes we find our meditations to be ineffective. One reason for this - we are lacking good conditions for meditation practice.
This special series of classes will focus on what to do before we dive in to our meditations to ensure that we experience meaningful results. We will be looking at shaping the space we meditate in, our motivation, the state of our mind, and more. The practical tips we explore in class will definitely make our own meditation practice more effective.
